Dial 172222 using BSNL Dialer or any other dialer.
Give username: STD Code Without Zero+Telephone Number
Password: Any Desired Password
Open the Registration website.
Fill up the Registration Form to Access Account less Internet Services.

Account free Instant Internet has been started By Karnal District Telecom (BSNL)in Panipat, For all Telephone (PSTN) customers of BSNL.
  This new service offered by Karnal District Telecom is now extended to other SDCA (Assandh,Gharunda, Karnal, Nilokheri, Kurukshetra, Pehowa, Cheeka, Kaithal).
CLI INTERNET ACCESS PROCEDURE
 
To access the NETONE service Dial 172222 using BSNL Dialer or any other Dialer.
The authentication of the access will be based on the CLI of the telephone from which it is accessed. Thus the service is hassle free and provides instant Internet Access.
The charging will be based on the duration of access and will be charged in the telephone bill itself on bi-monthly basis.
